Project Overview
In late 2025 we handed over a beautiful residence in Hoddles Creek, after working in conjunction with HL Building Solutions for our clients Paul & Robyn.
Electrical Infrastructure & Smart Home Integration
The scope included merging the existing off-grid battery and generator setup in the shed, installing approximately 400metres of undergrounds and bringing the entire property to a grid connected, hybrid system. This involved meticulous planning, a thorough understanding of what our client was out to achieve and tying all of this in with their new architecturally designed home.
Once the electrical infrastructure was sorted, we wired the entire house as per the designers brief, implementing some great cost saving exercises in alternate light fittings, sleek Clipsal Wiser home automation and clever lighting design ideas. Their home incorporated a large amount of floor to ceiling double glazed windows, rammed earth walls, raked ceilings and hydronically heated concrete suspended slab – so meticulous thought and care was needed to plan switch locations, GPO’s etc.
Integrated Services & Final Outcome
In addition to the general lighting and power, we also provided full data/starlink connectivity via WAP’s, a full night time colour CCTV & intercom solution, a second solar array on the roof of the house, architectural landscape lighting and pool equipment installations.
