Commercial Fit Out Capability
With a strong background in commercial office & mixed use fit outs at previous companies, our management team are confident in tendering, running and delivering all types of commercial fit out works.
We have provided several office fit outs over the past few years for Craftsmen Office Interiors in the heart of Melbourne’s CBD, but most recently in January 2026 for the publicly listed IVE group in Melbourne’s west.
Scope of Works & Live Environment Delivery
This consisted of demolition, relocation and new additions to around 100 different work stations, moving them from one building, just down the street to another building.
We provided a fully certified R&M structured cabling system, new patch panels, C-bus and general lighting reticulation, all new power circuits via umbilicals, floor boxes etc.
This office hosts hundreds of staff and was a live environment whilst we were working in there, so a great deal of care had to be used whilst working on the premises – this involved multiple out of hours shutdowns to energise new, and relocate existing circuits, connecting new patch panels and data into multiple existing server rooms.
Program, Performance & Outcome
The project was delivered approximately 3 weeks before original PC date and the entire process was run incredibly smoothly, led by Project Manager Brad, and site foreman Jamie.
